Shipping Policy

Our average order fulfillment takes 2–5 business days for all production techniques.


But the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some of the reasons why an order might arrive past its EDT:

  • Issues with print or embroidery files

  • Products being out of stock

  • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions

 

Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order. 

If you’re ever in a situation where the EDT has passed, please wait a bit longer. Then, once 5 business days have passed, get in touch with us via email or chat, and we’ll take a look.

Return Policy

RETURNS

  • All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

  • To return and item, please email blkaltar@gmail.com, where the item in question will be verified (photos) and the process of the Return/Exchange will be discussed.

REFUNDS

  • After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.  Please allow seven (7) to (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

EXCEPTIONS

  • For defective or damaged products, please contact us and the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange

PLEASE NOTE: 

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and can not be returned.

  • Returns/Exchanges are only done when subject to the item being different from what was ordered or Damaged. 

  • Returns/Exchanges will not be offered for Buyer's Remorse.

  • Returns/Exchanges will be subject to photos of the said damaged/wrong item Sent to blkaltar@gmail.com and verified before the Return/Exchange process is started.
